Anyhow, sentimental motherhood aside, here are some shots of the day! Below is Kaila with the rest of her class. Unfortunately, there were only three kids. I remember there being almost 20, when I had mine, in the same church!
Quality control.

Kaila and Fr. Joe
I am pretty sure my Mom has a picture of me in front of the same statue. I am going to see if I can find it, and do a side-by-side.

Jasin's brother, Jack, brought a cowboy hat. It was quite a hit with the kids. They LOOOOVE

Uncle Jack!
And, Kaila with Uncle Jack!

Thoughtlful person that I am; I took no pictures of my family that was there. I took some pictures of the after party, but, again, no real family shots. There are also no pictures of Jasin or me with the child. We were wrangling the other three kids, taking pictures, and trying to cook/serve hotdogs and cake and dispense drinks and just visit. We had a really fun afternoon. Lots of family, and friends. Lots of fun! We get to do it all over again in two weeks, when George gets Baptized, and Kaila don the Communion gown again, to crown the statue of Mary.
