One month!

Whew! We made it through the first month!!! It's been a month of a lot of changes! Trying to keep up with school and kids and housework and baby has been stressful, at best... But, George is just the sweetest, calmest, most laid back baby in the world - Thank goodness! So, we haven't (as yet) had to deal with baby crying for hours or all night, or any of the 9 million things that can happen with a new baby. We've been taking him to the doctor once a week, to keep track of his billiruben count, and it has come down considerably, so, George is not yellow anymore :)
Below, in no particular order, are some pictures of the past month... First, there is me and my little guy, in his usual laid back, sleeping state. Even when he's awake, he's pretty calm. All my kids! I have to say, they all seem to have adjusted really well! They love George so much, and love to help as much as possible. They all really love to hold him, too.

My boys! I took Joe to school recently, and his Pre-School teacher said she had never seen a kid love his new baby as much as Joe loves his new brother! I was so happy to hear it! Joe LOVES this baby!

And, two weeks is not too early to start school! Here is George at my school. He was absorbing pediactric dosages here... He has also been learning about the respiratory system, as well.

A close up. SOOOO Sorry, I did not realize when I chose this picture that Jasin's arm hair was in the backround! Which would probably explain the look on poor George's face. Sorry!

And, what would I do without Kaila? If I need to do something, she is always ready and willing to hold the baby for awhile, so I can get other things done. A surefire way to make this child cry, is to put him down. He's so sweet though, we really don't mind carrying him, and someone always wants to hold him. I'm positive my mother would have other thoughts on the subject, but it's our last baby! I want to enjoy him as much as I can, around the craziness of life in general around here!

Thankfully, George was absent from school, the day we covered abuse, as he would have had some strong opinions on it, after getting his first bath, as pictured below.

And, if no one is available to hold the baby, there is always the dog, to keep an eye on him...
